Christmas and Twenty Fifteen

I feel like I owe you (the blogosphere) an honest and truthful apology. I’ve had a lot going on recently, and I now feel like I can blog and not feel like it’s all going to crumble infront of me.

The end of an intense year at Wintec

I feel like all I’ve been talking about of late is Wintec, and the craziness that ensues most days I’m there, but it’s all over! Hooray!

An open letter from me to you

There are a lot of things that I do well, from focussing on my school work, to being there for people who aren’t feeling so well.

But there are also many more things that I absolutely suck at… The main thing I suck at is talking about my feelings.

Long time no blog...

First things first (I’m not the realest – haha not even funny), I’m terribly sorry for not posting in what feels like a long time. I’ve been super busy with work, Wintec, and most recently, my 20^th birthday!

Good things come to those who work hard

“There is only one great mystery” is the lyric I hear as I start writing this post, and I can’t help but agree with it, considering all of the things that have happened since I last posted.

Changes are good

To start things off, I want to thank everyone who read my last blog post. It means so much to me that you took the time to read it, and it’s a really humbling feeling to know that it has sparked a positive reaction from so many. That was probably one of the most personal pieces of writing I have ever done, and the support that I’ve gotten from it is insane. I can’t thank you all enough :)

Life Appreciation Post

It feels like such a long time since I wrote something positive and happy on this blog… I think it’s time for a change in tone, don’t you?

Late night laments (or early morning musings, depends how you view midnight)

Of late, it would seem that I’m using this blog to express anger that’s been stirring around inside of me for a while – truth is, I have a lot to express. Some would say I have too much to express, which is usually why I’m rarely silent.

A new iPad, and pent up emotions

The next person that tells me I made a mistake in regards to breaking up with my ex will get a nice punch in the face, with a side order of a Tessa rant.

I am human, therefore I make mistakes. Whether ending my latest relationship a month and a half ago was one, I don’t quite know yet. What I do know, however, is that people are free to do as they please (within reason) and should be able to do something without fear of other people’s reactions…

It’s been one insanely amazing week! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better week than this.

Things have happened...

Like the title suggests, things have happened since I last posted. Don’t worry; they aren’t bad things – for the most part anyway…

The afternoon from Hell!

First things first, I want to wish my friend, Nicole, a massive happy birthday for yesterday!

Anyway, onwards with my blog post for today…

Oh what a year can do!

So today is a rather special day, for a lot of reasons. One – it’s actually my mum’s birthday and two – I started my first ever day at Wintec. Now, exactly one year later, I return to the same place. A lot has changed, and I’m slightly older. My attitude towards a lot of things has changed; I think I see things a little differently than I did before I moved to Hamilton. There’s something quite nice about change, it shows you all of the things that life has planned for you (even though some of those things are less than ideal), and it also shows you the people that are willing to stick with you through all of your good and bad times.

The one thing that I didn't want to happen...

This is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to write in a very long time…

It seems that I wasn't as strong as I originally thought.

I can't think of an interesting title...

Like my title suggests - I can't think of anything fun or interesting to call this post, so take it easy on me...

First post - yay!

First things first, this blog (as far as I'm aware) won't have a regular updating schedule, they will appear if and when I have the time to update...

Secondly, these posts aren't meant to annoy anyone. This blog is simply another way for me to get my thoughts out as they happen.

Lastly, I am from New Zealand, so our language may differ slightly from wherever you read it from. Any questions, leave a comment and I will do my best to 'translate' for you :)
